Trendmall.pk Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Trendmall.pk, where we celebrate diversity and strive to meet your expectations with every order. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that sometimes the item you receive may not be exactly what you expected. Our return and exchange policy is designed to resolve any issues you encounter promptly and satisfactorily.

1. Faulty Products: If your product is defective, please reach out to us at 03106219670 (WhatsApp) or [email protected]. Faulty items must be reported and returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original packaging, along with all accessories.

Note: You must have uncut/unedited unboxing video of the parcel. When you receive the parcel, show the label and whole parcel from all sides in camera and then unbox it and use it first time. Please note all this time camera recording shouldn’t be stopped/paused. In short, this video should prove that product was defective/broken in very first use.

2. Exchanges: We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If you’d like to exchange your product for a different color, size, or item, please fill out the exchange form. Upon receipt of your request, we will arrange for a courier to exchange the products. Please ensure the item to be exchanged is ready for pickup in its original condition. You will have to bear the Delivery Charges.

3. Timeframe: Replacements will be processed within 2-4 working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Trendmall.pk is not liable for items lost in transit.

5. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable if the exchange is due to a change of mind or an error on the customer’s part. Shipping costs will be refunded only in cases where the error is on the part of Trendmall.pk, such as receiving a faulty product or a packing mistake.

6. Initiating an Exchange/Replacement: To start the return or exchange process, please fill out the provided form with all necessary details accurately. This will help us process your request efficiently.

Upon submission, our customer support team will review your request and contact you to confirm and discuss the next steps. Please ensure the product is ready for return or exchange, in its original condition.

Following confirmation, we will proceed with the return or exchange process promptly.
